Hi Ian, welcome to BGDF from a fellow newb! Though you are way ahead of me in the game design/development stakes.
I've been listening to Breaking Into Boardgames for a while now and really enjoy it -- the three of you have some really interesting perspectives and make a good team, and you get some great guests in too.
